Introduction The alleged victim accused and the State charged that Roy W. Minton committed a criminal act upon his stepdaughter between December 25th, 1991 and January 2nd, 1992. The timeline could have been rebutted. Timeline On December 25, 1991 both Roy Minton and his wife Valerie Minton were off work and later had dinner at Wilford and Claudia Minton’s residence.
