Introduction On September 17, 2001, Grady Krzywkowski was convicted of the rape and gross sexual imposition of his biological children, ages 6, 5, and 3 without hard evidence. Krzywkowski’s trial in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Cleveland, Ohio, coincided with the bombing of the World Trade Center in New York City on September 11, 2001.
