Summary Octavious”Ox” Washington, a black young man with a history of violent crimes, was killed by several gun shots in front of a restaurant and grocery store on 109-18 Sutphin Boulevard (Hameyer 24hrs Deli Grocery Store) between Ferndale and 109th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens County (New York) around 11:25 p.m. on January 31, 1994.
