Introduction Anthony Dismuke had a big birthday party for his little sister Jerica Dismuke in the Bernice Civic Clubhouse on March 24, 2007. Around 100 people attended the party. A white woman claims that she was raped by a black man. Clyde Charles was serving 17 years at the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola wrongfully convicted of this crime.
