Introduction In 1985, I was charged, along with two other guys, of shooting and killing a person in the Nicherson Garding Housing projects in Los Angeles. It was the state’s contention, that I and the other two guys were each armed with three different caliber weapons and shot the victim fifteen times. This shooting was supposed to have taken place in the late night hours of March 1st, or early morning hours of March 2nd, 1985.
