The Carydale East Apartment Complex on 2727 Duke Street is a highrise where rents are cheaper than elsewhere in Alexandria, Virginia. Introduction Arnim Evans was arrested on March 22, 1997, and charged with murder of Rose Ann Youngblood and Pam Blue, and two (2) related counts of rape.
